Owned and operated by Darren and Pauline Sisson and Jeff and Jennifer Kennedy, Jet Stream Seasoning operates a fully staffed aircraft catering kitchen in the Vail Valley Jet Center.  Unlike outside caterers, Jet Stream Seasoning controls all of its catering orders from the conception to the delivery to your aircraft.  Your catering isn't dropped off to a front desk representative.  Instead it remains locked in our temperature controlled walk-in refrigerators.  Your catering is only allowed to be inspected by you or your representative..

 

Jet Stream Seasoning, Darren, Pauline, Jeff, and Jennifer are members of t he Vail Valley Chamber and Tourism Bureau.  They have strong local ties to the Vail community and are raising their children in Eagle.  Jet Stream Seasoning is also a member of the NSAA Catering Mentor program.
