Darren L. Sisson
Darren was born in Evesham, England and started studying the culinary arts at the age of 15. He graduated College with City&Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 in 1984. To sharpen his skills in various cuisines, Darren traveled to the South of France and worked on numerous private yachts that circled the world. These yachts included M.Y. SOPHISTICATED LADY in the French and Italian Riviera, and M.Y. NABILA-82m which was owned by Adnan Kashoggi in Monte Carlo. Darren then went to the Cayman Islands and was Head Chef at the Grand Pavilion Hotel. Upon coming to Aspen in 1989, Darren worked for Peter O'Grady and Creative Catering, as Assistant Head Chef and then became the Head Chef at the Warner Brother Film House. In 1993 Darren along with his wife, Pauline, created Jet Stream Seasoning. This company serviced all of the private aircraft that flew in an out of Pitkin County Airport. Darren developed and created all of the food and packaging served by Jet Stream Seasoning. In November 1995, Jet Stream Seasoning opened a cafe at Sardy Field where Darren designed the kitchen and created the menu. He is now a managing partner in Kenzeeblue Inc. and Jet Stream Seasoning.

Jeffrey A. Kennedy
Jeff was raised in Boston, Massachusetts. His early culinary training was in large hotels and restaurants like the Harbor View and Kelly House on Martha's Vineyard, and Crickets and Lilly's in Boston's Fanueil Hall Marketplace. After studying Chinese cuisine in Taipei Taiwan in 1983, Jeff moved to Colorado and spent four years working the three restaurants in the Hotel Boulderado in Boulder. Positions that Jeff has held in Aspen include: Sous Chef at the Motherlode, Syzygy and the main dining room at the Little Nell Hotel. He also was the assistant head chef to Peter O'Grady,the kitchen manager of the Sundeck on Aspen Mountain and Head Chef of Gywn's of Aspen.
His work has been featured in various magazines such as Aspen Magazine, Travel and Leisure and Gourmet. He has appeared on the Food Network featuring the Best of Aspen. He is now a managing partner in Kenzeeblue, Inc. and Jet Stream Seasoning, Inc.

Pauline Sisson was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has been in the customer service business for 18 years in various positions. She graduated from the Phoenix Denver campus with an undergraduate degree in business. Pauline worked with Private aircraft at Combs Gates/AMR Combs at Denver Stapleton Airport for 8 years. She acted as concierge with such duties as organizing presidential arrivals and charter flights that coincided with the arrival of the Pope. Upon moving to Aspen in 1993, she became managing supervisor of the flight counter at Aspen Base Operation, the FBO in Aspen, Colorado. Seeing a need for quality catering, she and her husband, Darren, created Jet Stream Seasoning. Pauline did the marketing and accounting for the company and continues to do so in the new company. Pauline is a managing partner in Kenzeeblue, Inc. and Jet Stream Seasoning, Inc.
Jennifer Kennedy was born and raised in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston in 1987 and after working abroad, she managed her own private tutoring service for Japanese families in New York. Upon moving to Aspen, Jennifer owned and operated an art gallery and coffee house in downtown Basalt, Colorado. Jennifer and her husband Jeff are the proud parents of two teenagers, Jenny and Juliet, adopted from Bogota, Colombia in 2004. Jennifer is a managing partner of Kenzeeblue,Inc. and Jet Stream Seasoning, Inc.
