Lobster tails, Jumbo Shrimp, Crab Claws. Garnished with lemon and lime wedges and served with Cocktail Sauce and our special Remoulade.
Chips and Salsa
Tri-Colored Chips served with Our Famous
Pico de Gallo
 
Bruschetta
Toasted French Bread Rubbed with Imported Olive Oil and Topped with Assorted Tapanades.
 
Smoked Salmon Platter
Served with Traditional Accompaniments and Toast Points.
 
Shrimp Cocktail
Five Jumbo Shrimp served with Cocktail Sauce.
 
Sliced Tenderloin of Beef
Grilled Medium Rare (unless otherwise specified).
Served with Horseradish Sauce, Spicy Mustard and Jet Stream Steak Sauce.
